Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product that is currently in production. We collect the full payment at checkout to officially secure your hardware in our pre-order batches.

Because funds are immediately allocated to manufacturing and securing components, all pre-orders are considered final. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to update your shipping address for an unfulfilled order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
