Return Policy

At Syntropy Labs, every piece of hardware is carefully designed and produced in small batches. Because of our current scale as an independent creator, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind after your hardware is on its way. We truly appreciate your support and understanding of our process as we grow!

Damaged or Defective Items

That being said, we fully stand behind the engineering and quality of everything we make. If your order arrives physically damaged in transit or if you encounter a hardware defect out of the box, we will absolutely make it right.

Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Just include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos or a video showing what is going on. If a unit is deemed defective, we will gladly provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Orders & Modifications

Because funds are immediately allocated to manufacturing and securing components for pre-order batches, all pre-orders are considered final. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to update your shipping address for an unfulfilled order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
