Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Outside the US? Join the international waitlist and we'll let you know when we can ship to you.

Processing Time

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days. Every unit is assembled and tested by hand in small batches, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. If that date changes, we'll email you.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $99 or more ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered by email and download link right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Address Changes, Lost or Damaged Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships. If your package arrives damaged or tracking stops updating, email contact@syntropylabs.io with your order number and we'll make it right, as described in our refund policy.
